   Shipping and Return Policy


·         We ship from our saddle shop in Monroe, Utah via FedEx or the United States Postal Service whenever possible. Domestic shipment time varies from 5-10 business days for in-stock items, depending on your proximity to Utah.  For custom orders, shipping time varies per order.  Shipping cost depends on the item(s) ordered, and the destination location. 

·         Please, keep in mind that it takes time to build, process, pack, and prepare an order for shipment, and delivery time will vary accordingly. Federal Express and the USPS operate Monday - Friday, excluding most major holidays. Off days are not included in transit calculations.

·         When approaching a holiday or in case of inclement weather, please consider the possibility of delayed transit times

·         International Shipments: We ship worldwide. Shipping and handling charges will vary with the weight of the package and distance. We try to ship via the United States Postal Service whenever possible, and ship through UPS for saddles only.  Certain countries have size restrictions on packages and cannot be shipped via parcel post. In these cases we must use a courier service, and the cost can be considerably more.

·         Returns: We cannot give refunds for items purchased, but items purchased can be exchanged only within 10 days.  All exchanged items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped - unused. We do not accept exchanges on used merchandise.  Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Re-pack the items in a sturdy box with a copy of any paperwork that came with them, if available. Include a detailed note explaining exactly what you need and why. Send the package prepaid and insured by UPS GROUND, FEDEX or the US POSTAL SERVICE. For your protection, please insure the package. Used, misused, or incomplete items are not returnable.

Custom-ordered and personalized items are not returnable.

Down payment or Deposits are not refundable or exchangeable.
